kEuropean Rental Power Generation Problem Solved
Energyst Rental Solutions is a pan-European company providing turnkey rental solutions for power generation and temperature control (air/liquid heating and cooling).
Jo’s Marin were commissioned to solve an installation problem Energyst were having with some rental applications. They needed a control solution that could handle their XQ Series gensets, previoulsy controlled by Woodward EGCP-2 panels. The problem was solved by using the DSE530 module.
The system provides automatic mains monitoring and controls the switchover to generator in the event of a power failure, and a return when the mains power is restored.
The project began in 2006 with several systems being produced for trial. Energyst were so impressed with the result that 12 more were commissioned during 2007.
