DSE86xx synchronising system
A large textile manufacturing company based in Chiniot, Pakistan synergizes the strength of more than 4,000 employees within their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The Company has high volume export sales of fabric across the globe.
In 2014, DSE Distributor Pyramid Automation, provided automated control technology within the power houses and delivered synchronisation for one diesel generator and the Mains (utility) using DSE86xx series control modules.
The successful introduction of the synchronised system led to a further upgrade in 2015, successfully synchronisng all five generators with the Mains (utility) and providing additional sophisticated monitoring and control through DSE SCADA communications. Pyramid Automation utilised DSEs PLC Logic functionality for interfacing with the Jenbacher gensets and to provide bespoke functionality, and also incorporated a DSE2152 analogue expansion module to help meet the complex demands of the application.
