DSEL401 MKII – NEW PRODUCT FEATURES
Our DSEL401 MKII Intelligent Lighting Tower Control Module has some exciting new features!
At DSE our continuous search for excellence is reflected in our commitment to extensive R&D. As a result our product offering is never stationary, with new or improved products regularly entering the market.
The latest product enhancements are to be found in the already successful DSEL401MKII – a control module designed specifically for lighting tower applications. The new additional features elevate this product to a superior level of functionality and performance, providing OEMs operating in the lighting tower market with many advantages.
Some of the new features include:
New I/Os
- Dedicated input for improved mast control, allowing automatic raising or lowering of the mast. The mast can also be fixed in any position.
- Configurable digital output for advanced warming of the block heater of up to 60 minutes prior to engine start-up
- Fuel pull-in coil output for sophisticated fuel solenoid control.
Improved Scheduling
- Sophisticated sunset/sunrise scheduler provides the ability to run automatically within the hours of darkness.
- Improved event scheduler expanded to 16, across two 8 event banks. Each bank has its own daily, weekly and monthly schedule periods.
Sophisticated Monitoring
- Multi-level PIN access with user permissions including Read only, Editing, and Complete System Control.
- Improved event log showing 50 historical system events.
- The ability to run the lighting tower as a generator only, providing flexibility of use.
- Warnings can be prevented from appearing on the module display screen with a simple ‘Tick Box’ in the configuration settings.
- Improved monitoring of voltage and frequency.
- Icon indication on the module’s front panel display indicates the position of the lighting tower holding supports (In/Out).
