Technical Product Training in Ecuador
We were delighted to work alongside our Distributor in Ecuador recently to deliver a high-level product and software training event.
Attendees from Ecuador were joined by engineers from Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Argentina to further enhance their knowledge of DSE products. The four-day seminar held between the 10th - 14th July was designed to ensure all engineers gained a detailed understanding of load sharing and remote communications. The training event was delivered in Spanish to allow all attendees to get a full understanding of the highly complex content.
The training was delivered by our specialist sales and technical support team, who are based in Latin America.
The four days spent with our customers proved to be a huge success, with all attendees stating that their DSE knowledge had dramatically improved and they now had increased confidence in delivering high-level load sharing projects to their customers.
