Closing a DSE Website User Account
DSE Website user accounts automatically delete if they are inactive for 180 consecutive days. An automated email is issued after 150 days, notifying a user that their website account will be deleted in 30 days’ time if no user activity is detected.
If you have a requirement to delete a website user account with immediate effect, please email – marketing@deepseaelectronics.com with the subject line: Please Delete DSE Website User Account and provide the email address linked to your website account with your full name and company name in the body of the email. Website user accounts will be deleted within 72 working hours. Confirmation will be provided.
